Traditional Table is Open for Final Orders of the School Year

The Traditional Table is now taking the final orders until September.  Orders and payments are due to the Marcy PTO on Tuesday, May 19.  Pick up will be in the gym lobby on Thursday, May 28th from 4 – 5 p.m.

Stock up the freezer now full of healthy meats, sprouted grain breads and organic pantry items.  If you’re not sure what to try, here are some of the top favorites from other Marcy families:  Extra Lean Ground Chuck, Chicken Breasts, Eggs, Ground Turkey, Pork Bacon, Prime Rib Patties, Bacon Cheddar Brats, Chicken Caprese Brats, Pork Roast and the Chuck Roast.  Marcy’s own Guidance Counselor, Lori Schlapman, is a big fan of the breads, and they freeze well!

Recipe Idea:  Place the frozen pork roast in the crock pot with 1/2 cup of water on low for 10 hours.  Shred with a fork, drain and add taco seasoning for taco night or your favorite BBQ sauce for BBQ pulled pork sandwiches.
