A few notes about the Carnival

Today is the day!  Many people have been working hard these last couple of months to make this the best Carnival and Auction Fundraiser yet!  Please keep in mind the following:

  • Cash only accepted at the Carnival.
  • There will be no parking on either side of Marcy Road.  Use the free shuttle bus and earn an extra raffle ticket for the carnival prize boxes!  Shuttle will be picking up at Zion Lutheran Church and dropping off at Marcy.  Please see this flyer for pick up/drop off times.
  • New Spirit Wear will be sold for $10/t-shirt in the office lobby.  Youth sizes only and no shipping or handling fee!
  • The Balloon Pop will run from 5:30-8:30pm in the office lobby. There will be a Family Fun and an Adult Balloon Pop for $20 per balloon.  Try your luck and see what you win!  Remember, cash only payments accepted.
  • The Silent Auction will run from 5:30-8:00pm in the LGA. No bidding numbers needed and checks will be accepted as payment for auction items only.
  • There are more Carnival games than ever before!  Carnival tickets are 2 for $1.00 and Carnival games are either 1 or 2 tickets. The Carnival will run from 6:00-9:00pm in the gym.
  • The very popular Cake Walk will be held on the stage in the gym from 6:00-9:00pm.
  • The Carnival Kids Balloon Pop (kids can win raffle tickets for chances to win the big carnival prize boxes) will run from 6:00-9:00pm in the Band Room.
  • The Grand Raffle prize is $500 cash!  The Raffle will run from 5:30-8:30pm in the main lobby.
  • Concessions will be open from 5:30-9:00pm in the gym lobby.  Grab a slice of Rocky Rococo’s pizza or a hot dog!  Snacks and drinks will also be available.
